How to Play Minecraft

Step One: Mark your spawn
Marking your spawn could be very useful, like if you want to build a house on it. Do it however you want.

Step Two: Collect Lumber
Collecting lumber is easy, just hold left click.

Step Three: Crafting
To craft, press (Default Button) "I". Put the lumber in the crafting box. click until you have 1 log left. Then craft a crafting bench by putting wooden planks in each square. Place it by right clicking. Then craft sticks by puting wood planks in 1 half of the square. Do it up and down. Leave atleast 3 wood planks. Then craft a pick by doing this."A" is air, "S" is sticks, and "W" is wood planks.

Step Four: Light
To get torches, mine the coal. They look like black dots in stone. They are often found in mountains, or caves. Then put a stick in the bottom of the crafting square, the coal on top.

Step Five: Shelter
To build a shelter you can
-Mine into a mountain (recommended)
-Build a house
-Underwater house (For experienced players)
Then put torches in it, and there you go! You survived!
